Shift Pattern: Saturday 7.5hrsand Sunday 7.5hrsevery weekend or Saturday 5 hrs, Sunday 5hrs and a weekday for 5 hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful Admin Assistant will be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining our home care computer systems; Staff Plan and CM2000. Experience of using these systems is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will use these systems to ensure any customer alerts are dealt with appropriately and the Commissioner Portal is monitored in line with our contractual requirements. As an Admin Assistant, you will deal with any requests for staff cover, care contracts and record on Staff Plan and CM2000 accordingly.
You will need to work well under pressure, communicate effectively and have excellent attention to detail as you must be able to record information accurately.
You will deal with telephone, email and face to face enquiries you will be connecting with people (staff, residents, visitors etc.) on a daily basis and we need someone who has excellent communication skills in order to deliver the best possible service and day to day administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, taking and responding to messages and care plan auditing.
