Crynodeb
With around 1,850 homes in the Dundee area Abertay Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for one caretaker. This is a permanent post.
Successful candidates would be joining a dedicated Retirement Housing Co-ordinator working at the Dryburgh Gardens retirement housing complex. The postholder will maintain the internal common areas of the multi storey blocks in an acceptable condition and provide assistance to staff and contractors. Hours of work would be 22 hours over Monday to Friday. Actual hours to be agreed.
