Crynodeb
Project Management. Support the preparation of Risk assessments including resolving failures to meet project standards. Prepare Project plans and progress actions with the project team members and produce progress reports using the most appropriate tool. Prepare and maintain Project documentation as required of the Project. To provide project management support and expertise to those involved. Communicate sensitive information about performance and change. Have awareness of all Projects within the remit of the Medical Education Directorate and the dependency between to report on conflicts should they occur. Financial and Physical Resources Support and inform the requirement and targeting of resources, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating projects and delivery of financial benefits and providing high quality information and analysis. Contribute to the financial delivery of the agreed portfolio ensuring it is delivered on time. Communication Persuades staff of the importance of the project, negotiates with, and motivates sites on project delivery. Communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports, to the Project Leads and the Head of Medical Education as appropriate. For further details please see the attached job description.
