About the Hygiene Manager job
As Hygiene Manager you will have full responsibility for the hygiene team, ensuring the agreed procedures and documentation are relevant and being followed.
Key tasks
• Be the site expert in use of cleaning processes, procedures and GMP standards to achieve best practice.
• Support good health and safety working practice in the development of cleaning processes and procedures.
• Create work instructions, key inspection points and records for all hygiene processes and procedures.
• Support the company departments in complaint investigations relating to hygiene and GMP.
About You
• A strong hygiene background within food manufacturing, and a good knowledge of food industry hygiene working practices i.e. BRC, corrective action closure, internal auditing, food cleaning chemicals.
• Experience with large in situ equipment cleaning.
• CIP is required.

The Hygiene Manager is a fixed term contract for 3 - 5months and is based in Berkshire, paying a highly competitive salary according to your experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, Office Hours.
