The Defence School of Logistics and Administration (DSLA) one of 3 Schools in the Defence College of Support (DCSp) delivers training to all Army, Royal Navy and Royal Air-force personnel in Supply, Distribution, Catering and Personnel Administration. We are predominantly based at Worthy Down, a newly built, modern campus in Winchester.
The role sits within the Catering Training Wing (CTW) of DSLA, providing initial and continuation training for all our Military chefs. Catering Training Wing is seeking a Senior Food safety Instructor within the team. The successful applicant will be responsible for administrating and delivering training in Food Safety and Health and Safety up to Level 4 and for ensuring compliance with Food Safety standards across the department. Your outputs will ensure Defence Catering personnel are fully prepared for their future role’s and that the Catering Training wing maintains it’s standards as a centre of Catering excellence.
