Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, social work, child development, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in training or workforce development.
Strong understanding of child development and educational practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to assess and analyze training needs and outcomes.
Familiarity with creating educational materials and training modules.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
