Crynodeb
My client are an HVAC Specialist Contractor who have been operating for around 8 years.
Based out of their HQ in Kent, they now have build a solid team and client base which is bringing in consistent work.
They are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with a Plumbing/Pipefitter Bias to join their team.
Project Values range between £50k - £1.5mil and are generally commercial refurbishment projects.
THE ROLE
Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm / 40 Hour Weeks
Based out of their Office Kent along with carrying out site visits. You will be working on Mechanical Projects up to a value of £1.5mil.
Project examples will be anything from toilet refurbishments, tea Points, 4 pipe systems, boilers and plant room refurbishments.
- Preconstruction procurement process of subcontract and equipment packages
- Technical submission process
- Technical review and RFI process
- Production of health and safety documentation
- Full management of construction stage alongside PM and QS
- Full management of commissioning and handover process
SALARY & PACKAGE
£60,000 - £65,000
