Join us at AstraZeneca as a Commercial Effectiveness Manager. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to design and constantly evolve our commercial operations. You will facilitate the development of innovative customer engagement models and deliver insightful analytics to adapt business practices, drive commercial operations, and ensure commercial activities yield a strong return on investment.

Accountabilities:

As a Commercial Effectiveness Manager, you will lead workstreams aimed at supporting the definition of the most appropriate Go-to-market model to achieve brand objectives. You will lead analytical work aimed at addressing business questions arising from the Go-to-market model and provide recommendations on channels to utilize to ensure appropriate reach and frequency. You will also lead and support workstreams aimed at innovating and improving aspects of our go-to-market model and drive the analytical work needed to derive FF size and structure.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Analytical mentality, ability to move quickly from big picture to details
  • Effective communication at all levels of seniority
  • Mental agility and resilience
  • Strong project management skills, proven ability to prioritise and deal with complexity under time and other pressures
  • Previous experience in delivering projects and workstreams under tight deadline
  • Excellent analytical skills: research, quantitative and qualitative analysis

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Operations specific skills and capabilities
  • Business management qualifications
  • Broad knowledge of disease areas and commercial processes within AZ
  • Commercial or insights experience
  • Experience in leveraging analytical technology tools
  • Business / analytical degree
