Role Purpose

To produce all areas of ‘Handover Documentation’ to clients required standard. This will involve liaising with Site Team and external suppliers, producing documentation such as Operations & Maintenance Manuals, Training Plans, Health & Safety Files and Asset Data Registers.

Role Summary
• Technical Authoring of:
o O&M Manuals
o H&S Files
o Training Plans
o Asset Data Register
• Working to tight deadlines.
• Liaising with others.
• Ability to attend operational & in-construction sites.
• Printing & general admin tasks.
• Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

Key Competencies

Personal Attributes
• Must be able to work to own initiative and as part of a team. With hybrid working, must be self-motivational. Due to the locations of our works, a full driving license is necessary. Competent with Microsoft Office packages & SharePoint.

Technical Specification
Experience Required
• Experience of producing required Technical Handover Documentation, and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of the water industry, and of construction sites H&S rules.

Essential Qualifications
• Full driving license

Desirable Qualifications
• CSCS
• EUSR National Water Hygiene
- Training can be provided if needed.
