Evolve Creative Agency are looking for a talented Concept Designer to create inspiring & influential ideation work in advance of pitching to our market leading partners in the hospitality world & beyond. Our work takes us to luxury hotels, festivals and world-famous events, and we are looking for the right person to imagine & conceptualise these compelling visual worlds that engage new and existing customers.
We value creativity, innovation, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an up-tempo environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to deliver high-quality work to schedule.
The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for brainstorming and concepting activation and event designs that align with our brand partner's ethos. You will work closely with your teammates and our clients to understand their vision and transform it into breath taking experiences that exceed their expectations. You will ensure the output remains current, stylish & on brand.
You will concept across a variety of categories: Hospitality, Retail, POS
You will liaise daily with Account Managers, Production & Project Management to align specifications & budget.
You will naturally research and understand new trends, creative innovation, marketing inspiration
You will manage timelines and projects effectively
Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills):
• 3D visualization experience essential
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop.
• Proven expert in conceptual design
• Strong planner, organiser & communicator
