Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Garage Income Officer to manage the income of current and former garage licences and spaces. This role is entirely phone-based, with no site visits required. The successful candidate will liaise with customers for ongoing rentals, chase debts and arrears, and set up repayment plans. Additionally, they will work with current customers to set up direct debits and resolve low-level complaints efficiently. Collaboration with garage lettings coordinators to set up garages is also a key part of the role.

Ideal Candidate: The person we are looking for is honest with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues in an engaging way. Bold with new ideas and looking to improve the service by working efficiently. You will be experienced dealing with IT systems and data finding. This position may suit someone with experience in a similar role, particularly with knowledge in lettings processes, debt management, credit control, or enforcement. Strong customer service skills are essential.

Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have proven experience in income recovery or a related field, excellent communication and customer service skills, and strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is crucial, as is knowledge of debt management and credit control processes.

This role is fixed term and full-time. You will work Monday to Friday on a roaming contract, a mix between home working (after training) and office.
