An exciting opportunity has arisen within our ICT & DT Directorate, we are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Digital Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be part of a team of three analysts, working to support the organisation and its subsidiary companies to assist with projects and changes involving the ICT&DT department.
About the role
The Digital Business Analyst will be involved in projects and changes of varying sizes, working with stakeholders on business change requests / projects gathering requirements, process mapping and taking an active role throughout the various stages of our change process / project lifecycle.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working as a Digital Business Analyst, preferably with BCS or other recognised certification, project management and Agile methodology.

The successful candidate will work in our Service & Strategy team led by the Service & Strategy Manager: Paul McIlvaney.

- Salary is £43,958 per annum
- Location: Based at either our Stanley (DH9 7YE) or Gosforth (NE12 8EG) office
- Some travel will be required
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking available/flexible working
