Summary
Job Purpose
Ensuring the efficient manufacture of probe cards in order to fulfil customer requirements.
The Role
Main duties and responsibilities include:
• All aspects of probe card manufacture to customer and company specification and internal quality requirements
• View and interpret engineering drawings and documentation
• Miniature component assembly (partially under a microscope)
• Soldering
• Screen printing of miniature ceramic substrates
