Perform unsupervised, the following complex procedures such as Histamine challenge, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, respiratory muscle assessment, fitness to fly assessment, long term oxygen assessment and allergen skin prick testing. Perform, analyse and report highly complex procedures including cardiopulmonary exercise testing Perform unsupervised specialist techniques within the sleep laboratory whilst on rotation through the service where required. Deputise for laboratory manager as required to maintain appropriate functioning of the service.
