Are you an experienced financial professional looking to make a real impact in the education sector? Wycliffe College, a leading independent school, is seeking a accomplished and highly skilled Financial Controller to oversee and manage the school’s financial operations.As Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the school, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and long-term sustainability. You will lead the budgeting process, provide financial forecasts, manage cash flow, and deliver timely financial reports to the senior leadership team and Board of Trustees. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, support key projects, and lead a dedicated finance team.We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in financial management.
