Excellent opportunity for an experienced NPD Manager to work in Saudi Arabia TAX FREE.
My client has seen real success since they started, they now have multiple brands, and other brands which will be developed for the business to become a major multi-brand business in the next three years.
My client is looking to recruit an experienced Head of NPD with both QSR and food manufacturing experience.
Someone with a good NPD background but also someone who is commercially savvy.
Reporting into the CEO, there is a small department to run, Development Chef and Bakery/Process Technologist. Mainly based at their Head Office/Development Kitchen north of Riyadh.
The role will be based at their Head Office where the development kitchen is, north of Riyadh. About 20% of your time will be spent visiting their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which is south of the city.
There will be lots of exciting research trips which in the past have included Las Vegas, Chicago, Denmark, and Portugal on research.
You will need to be a real people person, easy-going but able to work in a dynamic business, someone who can be reactive, lots of moving parts but this is what makes the job fascinating.
My client is looking for someone who ideally has NPD experience within food manufacturing but preferably someone who has also launched QSR brands. There will be lot of innovation, but they will also be heading into another period of cost engineering, so someone who knows how to value engineer.

This role is paying between £70,000 – £80,000 TAX FREE dependent on experience. The package will also include Accommodation, Transport, BUPA healthcare, one flight home a year.
