We are recruiting Childen's Support Workers who share our vision and values. The work is delivered in the community within the clients' homes and in residential children's homes. The job will involve driving or commuting to Milton Keynes and Oxfordshire locations.
Mileage is paid at £0.20/mile.
A company car is available if you have a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities:
* Support our young people's development holistically at Peach Residential children's homes.
* Support decision-making and provide choices by following communication strategies to ensure young people have a voice.
* Implement individualised care plans for the best outcomes
* Maintain high standards of personal care and hygiene
Support educational activities.
* Adhere to risk assessments and placement plans and attend meetings and training sessions.
* Support social activities and trips.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of young people and comply with safeguarding policies and procedures.

We are looking for:
* A compassionate and caring nature, genuinely wanting to make a positive impact.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

* Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
* Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
