Flexforce is urgently seeking experienced and driven van sales operatives to support multiple client campaigns in the convenience retail sector. Due to exceptional client demand, we need Tactical Field Sales Executives (van sales) to join our team on a sub-contractor basis, offering you the flexibility to manage other responsibilities alongside this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in regular and ad hoc distribution drives, selling well-known brands directly into independent retailers within your allocated territory.

Collect stock from a designated wholesale depot and manage direct sales into the convenience retail channel.

Handle cash transactions accurately, with a strong focus on attention to detail and record-keeping.

Operate within a specific postcode region, with an opportunity to identify and develop new sales opportunities in additional stores.
Requirements:

Proven experience in van sales or a similar field sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Current and valid driving license.

Ability to use a reliable vehicle for business use, or the option to use a company-provided van.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and target-driven attitude.

Compensation:

This is a self-employed role; you will be compensated based on performance and sales achieved per campaign.
Van provided for business use, or a vehicle allowance if using your own reliable vehicle.

Additional Information:

This role is self-employed, and you will be responsible for your own taxes and National Insurance contributions.
