As a Business Analyst working as part of the architecture team in IM&T you will be key for interaction between the clinical and administrative functions of the organisation.
Reporting to the Business Engagement Lead you will work within the enterprise architecture and Portfolio Management office (PMO) functions within IM&T to ensure the successful scoping and delivery of all IM&T project work from the seven key workstreams currently being delivered.
Ideally you will have a broad understanding of and interest in healthcare policies and procedures, clinical terms and current trends towards digital healthcare
In a busy fast paced environment you will work on multiple projects simultaneously at various phases of delivery. You will capture fit for purpose functional and non-functional requirements in a structured fashion to facilitate translation into suitable solution designs, working closely within the enterprise architecture framework
You will build close relationships with stakeholders, gain understanding of their needs and processes in order to assist them with interacting with the IT function in the most appropriate manner. This may involve assisting with the development and submission of viable specifications/project briefs, business cases or other service requests as necessary.
Our new strategy, developed with the support and feedback of colleagues, patients, and partners, is our compass for the next seven years (2023-2030).
We have four primary goals:
• high-quality care for all,
• being a great place to work,
• partnerships for impact, and
• research and education excellence
And we will embed health equality in all we do - taking active steps to reduce the avoidable differences in healthcare that some people face, working in partnership with communities.
Our strategy is underpinned by new values and we will work to ensure they are an everyday reality for all:
• we are compassionate,
• we are proud,
• we are inclusive, and
• we are one team
This is an exciting moment as we look to the future with clarity on what we already do well and where we need to focus our energies to make an even bigger difference for the people we serve.
