Hours: Full-time (34.5 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our Housing Services Team.
Cairn Housing Group require a Housing Officer to deliver a housing management service including debt recovery & enforcement action to maximise income and sustain tenancies, lead and deliver all actions relating to allocations/rent arrears in line with our policies and procedures to deliver an effective housing management service and preserving our income and deliver housing management services to meet our agreed KPI’s, SLA’s and legislative requirements.
The successful applicant should hold a HND level/other relevant qualification and/or 3 years relevant experience in a similar housing role. Access to transport/travel is required be able to travel between locations.
