Summary
About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Technician who has a good level of customer service, IT literacy and trade experience to join our new innovative team of talented people to work with our customers solving technical problems using our video software package called TechSee. This role will be office/hybrid based at our Exeter office.
As you will be office based, this role will not include a van or tools as part of the benefits package.
Purpose of the role:
- You will provide a high quality fault fixing service
- You will act as an ambassador for LiveWest
Experience/Qualifications:
- You will have a core trade either by formal qualification, or qualified by experience
- Specifying materials for jobs
- Experience of working with customers

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician - Remote Diagnosis, you will be/have:
- Post qualification experience in core trade.
- Good general education supplemented with relevant experience.
- Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a core trade.
- Asbestos HSG210 (D)
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Ability to diagnose basic building faults.
- Awareness of health and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of responsive maintenance.
- Experience utilising other building skills to an acceptable standard.
- Experience of working in customers’ homes.
- Customer empathy and excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of materials specification.
- Problem solving and curious.
- Proficient with IT and new technology to include raising jobs, and utilising Google Maps.
- Can do attitude.
