The School Calthorpe Park School is a highly successful place to learn and grow. Job/Person Summary We wish to recruit a new Personal Assistant to the Headteacher. You will provide comprehensive, confidential and pro active support to our Headteacher, dealing with all matters with discretion and sensitivity. You must be well-organised with the ability to multi-task, be proactive as well as using your own initiative and have high level communication skills. The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft programmes. You must be able to work independently, under pressure and possess a professional, committed, discrete and enthusiastic approach to your work.
This post is term time only, for 37 hours per week, 40 weeks of the year (including INSET days). Start time is 7.45am every day. Only on a Wednesday you are required to work till 5.30pm.This is a permanent role, grade D/E, and the salary range for this post is £22,483 - £29,785 (FTE £25,628 - £33,951) depending on experience.We reserve the right to close a vacancy earlier than the advertised date if we receive applications that meet the criteria.We welcome flexible working.Prior to interview, an online search will be conducted to identify any past or current incidents or issues that might affect your suitability to work with children and undertake this role.
