Main duties include:
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries, providing detailed information about Beadlow Motors products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales or service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to the sales team by understanding customer requirements and providing relevant information.
• Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction with their vehicle and services received.
• Maintain a comprehensive customer database, documenting all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and office software.
• Ability to work well in a team and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Beadlow Motors' products and services is a plus.
