We are seeking a Switchboard Operator to join our team. As a Switchboard Operator, you'll be the voice and first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors. With your exceptional communication skills and friendly demeanour, you'll make every caller feel welcomed and important. From routing calls to providing accurate information, you'll be the go-to person for all communication needs.
We want someone who can manage incoming calls effectively, ensuring no one is left waiting on the line. You'll be the master of organisation, keeping track of messages and relaying them promptly to the appropriate parties.
