Key Responsibilities:
· Delivering individualised support to students with diverse learning needs.
· Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement personalised learning plans.
· Monitoring and recording student progress, reporting to SEN coordinators and parents.
· Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous experience in a SEN role or similar educational support position is advantageous but not essential. We look beyond experience and focus on what you can do.
· Ability to develop a strong understanding of SEN strategies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
