Free tea, coffee and milk at your base location. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a GPwSi or a Specialist Doctor who is: Registered with the GMC. Hold a CCT as a General Practitioner and relevant qualifications and experience for older/frail adult care. There will be a requirement to travel across the region and at times to go to meetings and training in London or elsewhere in the UK- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle will be required. Passionate about providing high-quality care to the local community. Experienced in managing frail elderly patients and those with advanced clinical needs. Skilled in working within a multidisciplinary team across primary, secondary, acute, and social care settings. Able to lead and develop innovative healthcare practices and contribute to continuous service improvement.
