*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet quality standards and market requirements.
*Responsibilities*
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications
-setting quailty standards for the factory following buyers requirements and guidance for each garment
-QC PRE PRODUCTION -Auditing inward fabric and trims and ensuring only quality goods are accepted
-Ensure products are delivered to us and our customers on schedule, you need to monitor production timelines and shipping to identify any potential delays or issies as early as possible
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure product quality and manufacturability
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise on product features and benefits
*Skills*
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing product data and customer interactions
- Strong software skills for product design and development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners communication with factorys abroad on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
