Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, recovery workers, managers, and allied health colleagues to ensure a multidisciplinary approach and facilitate safe and positive outcomes for service users. Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users to determine appropriate treatment plans, including opiate substitute prescribing and alcohol detoxification. Prescribe and review medication, including opiate substitutes and alcohol detox medications, following best practices guidelines. Offer health and wellbeing interventions, providing guidance and support tailored to individual needs. Facilitate BBV screening and vaccinations, contributing to the overall health improvement of service users. Maintain accurate and up to date records of assessments, interventions, and treatment plans. At Inclusion Recovery Hampshire, we value diversity and understand the importance of work-life balance.
