Salary: £36,000 per annum
A Plasterer is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Plasterer role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. It would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi-trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
Daily responsibilities of a Plasterer are:
- Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Using a PDA system to organise and complete jobs
Requirements of a Plasterer:
- Must have a full UK driving licence
- Must have previous social housing experience
- Must be qualified in NVQ Level 2 minimum or equivalent.
