The Warehouse Manager at Nexifyco Ltd will play a crucial role in managing our warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high standards of customer service. This position involves overseeing the entire inventory process, from receiving goods to shipping orders to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main duties include:
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Coordinate and monitor the processing of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Work closely with suppliers and transport companies to manage inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates in compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills and Education:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
