A Superb and exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 6; CPE/Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse post within the Vascular Surgical Ward at the John Radcliffe hospital. This combined role encompasses both an educational focus and involves Senior Nurse responsibilities.
Are you a band 5 staff Nurse with a strong interest in education and a passion to support and facilitate learning opportunities whilst developing your managerial and organisational skills to lead and develop a small team of nurses?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, individual with excellent communication skills with an ability to work well under pressure, whilst providing support and guidance to their team members and the ward team.
The post holder requires effective decision making skills and a good problem solving approach.
