Summary

TLC Care are looking for an experienced Business Support Manager to support their luxury private nursing home.

The main purpose of the Business Support Manager’s role is to take ultimate responsibility for the smooth running of the care home’s financial and administrative systems that enable maximum performance of the business and excellent service to our customers.

The role supports the Home Manager to oversee and participate in the day to day provision of superior services including but not limited to financial and general administration, Human Resources administration and reception duties.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in financial administration.

A previous working knowledge of payroll systems may be useful, but not essential, as well as a previous knowledge of invoicing and debt collection.

Essential requirements are good numeracy skills and a good knowledge of Windows, XP, MS Office and Outlook, credit control/debt management experience and the ability to work on your own initiative or within a team.

It is also important that you are sensitive to the needs of our residents and their families.
