Must have a valid driving licence and have a car
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Extensive cleaning experience, (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets)
• Cleans rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Cleaning bedrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying rubbish, cleaning and sanitising fixtures, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
• Carry out heavy and deep cleaning tasks and special projects
• Comfortable using big machinery like floor buffering machines et
• Using bleach and other disinfectants to effective hygiene
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Carry out heavy and deep cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
