Role Summary

Triad Group Plc is urgently seeking a Lead Business Analyst with active SC clearance. In this role, you'll take a key position in client engagements, leading the definition of project scope, objectives, and benefits. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and end users will be crucial as you gather high-quality requirements and drive the business analysis throughout the product lifecycle. As a leader, you'll guide and mentor the team, ensuring exceptional outcomes and fostering trust and collaboration in all client interactions.

Key Requirements

You will have:

  • Leadership mindset with a strong consulting approach and the ability to guide and mentor teams across various business domains.
  • Proven experience working with agile delivery teams, with the capability to lead and influence project direction.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and end users, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • A rigorous analytical mindset, which you apply to define MVPs, epics, and user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • A comprehensive toolkit of techniques and methods, enabling you to choose the most appropriate approach at different stages of projects, across various business domains and delivery environments.
  • A strong business focus, helping clients define, measure, and realise their objectives and benefits while steering projects towards successful outcomes.
  • An effective communicator who can articulate both the 'why' and the 'what' to clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in all assignments, leading by example and setting high standards for the team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the UK Public Sector, including familiarity with the "Service Manual" and "Service Standard."
  • Experience in Scrum agile coaching, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
  • Product owner or proxy product owner experience, with a strategic approach to product development.
  • Waterfall project delivery experience, with the ability to adapt methodologies to suit project needs.
  • Active contributor to communities of practice, with a passion for sharing knowledge and driving best practices across the organization.

Our Selection Process

After applying, our in-house talent team will introduce Triad, discuss the role, and gather basic information. If shortlisted, you will have an interview with a senior member of Triad staff to explore mutual cultural fit and allow you to ask questions. Following that you will be invited to attend a final stage 'workshop' based interview with the senior management team.
