Out client based in Littlehampton are looking for someone to work on an ongoing temporary project to start as soon as possible. This will be weekly pay, £11.44 per hour.
This will be a full-time role and will mainly involve the following duties:
* Mon - Fri (09:00 - 17:00pm)
* Completing outbound calls to GP Surgeries to discuss collection of outstanding prescription(s) for medical devices dispensed by FML
* Requirement to navigate Dynamics CE system and operate Excel documents (training will be provided)
* Checking of NHS Spine to locate receipt of prescription/EPS token (application for SMART Card will be completed by FML and full training provided)
* Clear expectations on KPI Targets and call quality will be provided and tracked for feedback to individual
