Responsibilities
Assist in the daily management and operation of the nursery
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children
Support the implementation of educational programs and activities
Maintain effective communication with parents and staff
Supervise and mentor nursery staff
Assist in administrative tasks and record-keeping
Requirements
Relevant qualification in childcare or early years education (Minimum Level 3)
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
First Aid certification is desirable
Enhanced DBS check
