The starting salary for this role is £26,777 per annum working 36 hours per week.
This is a fixed term contract until 1st April 2025. We are looking for a full time Team Administrator to work in this varied and interesting role within the Children, Families and Learning Business Support Team based in our Woking office. Please note, the contractual location for this role is currently Quadrant Court, however it is our intention to move within the local area to Victoria Gate in Central Woking later this year. This role is full time working 5 days per week. Monday - Friday 8:50am - 5:00 pm. A laptop will be supplied for this role. Our Social Care Business Support teams provide support to front line social care workers and, whilst you won't be required in the office 5 days a week, there is the expectation you will work in the office on a rota basis at least two days a week. Core working hours are 08:50 to 17:00 to ensure full cover is provided to operational teams and front-line call lines. - Organise multiagency meetings on behalf of the social care teams
- Liaise with professionals both within Social Care and with other agencies
- Keep track of information including updating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases
- Take meeting notes and subsequently distribute to involved parties, ensuring timescales are met
- Provide performance information
- Has a solid background in administration
- Has experience of working in a busy office environment
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is confident, organised and able to implement a proactive approach to your work
- Has excellent IT skills and is proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications inc. Excel, Word and Outlook
- Willing to learn and is open to exploring innovative ways of working as an individual and as a team
