Salary: £11.98

Contract: 6 Weeks

Hours of working: Monday - Friday 9-5pm

We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Sheffield-based customer engagement team at Co-op Legal Services. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. The role is initially for 6 weeks, with the potential for extension.

Main Duties:
  • Checking New Wills: Review and validate approximately 100 new wills daily, ensuring all details meet legal standards.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the team.
  • Client and Colleague Support: Handle queries from clients, case managers, and our field consultants, addressing document requests and ensuring responses are delivered within agreed timescales.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare legal documents for off-site storage and ensure they meet necessary legal requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and maintain a consistently high level of service.
Skills Required:
  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential. Experience in a legal environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to effectively manage a high volume of work.
  • Self-Motivation: A positive, solution-driven approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
