About the role
To support the team reach its ambitious goals, we seek a Marketing Manager on a permanent, job share basis (17.5 hrs pw). You will be primarily look after income and footfall driving campaign activity - centred around the museum's public programme and commercial experiences.

You will lead on the creation of assets and develop engaging, effective content to boost campaigns, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and design agencies.

The team are keen to offer flexibility to match a range of lifestyles, ideally you will have a crossover day with your job share partner every Wednesday, however we are open to discussing a mutally beneficial working arrnagement. We also offer a hybrid environment, with a combination of home working and office time.

£17,200 per annum (£34,400 FTE)

About you
You will bring a range of experience of planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive income and engagement, whilst utliising a CRM system. Along with experience of working with external communications and design agencies, you enjoy the creative element of asset development and creation.

You are organised and efficient, with a track record of managing multiple projects in a busy environment. You'll have strong communication skills with a creative approach and will be able to write interesting and persuasive copy.
