Summary
Bank Mental Health Inpatient Healthcare Assistant
Dane Garth, Furness General Hospital, Barrow in Furness
Band 3 - £13.13 an hour + enhancements for unsociable hours
Do you have excellent communication skills that would enable you to work within an inpatient mental health unit that constantly strives to provide the best possible experience for our service users and their carers?
Are you looking for a flexible way of working where you can choose when and where to work? Would you like to work full time or perhaps just one or two shifts per week? Are you only able to work weekends?
What you will need;
As a Bank Band 3 HCA you will have a minimum of six months experience working in a caring role within mental health, care homes or as a home carer. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues that contribute to mental health issues and person-centred recovery.
You will need to be able to attend and pass training in physical restraint, enhanced life support and moving & handling.
You must be able to travel to work in Barrow in Furness
