Summary

Are you passionate about fitness and eager to start your career in the health and wellness industry? Abbeycroft is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fitness Apprentices. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification alongside gaining valuable experience, and making an impact on our members' fitness journeys.
What You’ll Do:
• Support members in achieving their fitness, health, and wellness goals through comprehensive training.
• Assist in delivering fitness sessions and classes, both in the gym and studio.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to design individual fitness programs.
• Ensure the fitness areas are maintained to a high standard, including supervising health suites, changing rooms, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, including conducting tours of the facilities and handling membership inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
• A genuine passion for the fitness industry and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with members.
• Professionalism, good self-presentation, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C or 9-4 (including English and Maths).
