We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the East Riding College in the role of Facilities Services Technician. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
About the role
This is a key post based mainly at Bridlington, working in the facilities team supporting with the security of the building at the end of the college day. The department is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person into the team.
Other duties will include porterage, basic maintenance work, basic grounds work.
About the person
The successful candidate will have good communication skills, a willingness to attain practical knowledge of buildings and management systems as well as:
Willingness to be trained as a Fire Warden
Understanding of the type of work or experience in a related role
Previous work as a technician or related experience
Basic plumbing/groundman or joinery experience.
