Crynodeb
Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for an Estate Operative to join a local authority based in the South London area on a temporary basis.
Working with the Green Spaces team, the role of the Estate Operative will be more biased towards ensuring the maintenance of the landscaping through Mowing, Hedge Cutting, Clearance of Tree cuttings, planting, litter picking and other remedial duties where required such as graffiti removal, bulk refuse and general caretaking of the Estates you will be working on.
Key Responsibilities:
To work as part of a mobile team dealing with graffiti, bulk refuse, general caretaking, landscape design/planting, tree groundwork, lamp changing, external repairs, grounds and cleaning duties To be a representative of the Housing Association on the estate during the performance of duties
Key Outcomes:
- To ensure all work on estates meets the green estate standard
- To be an ambassador for the client and to provide excellent customer service to all residents and stakeholders
- To assist various teams within estate services to ensure all services are delivered
- To work to schedule provided, to ensure all work is completed within required time frames.
- To ensure all estates are safe and free from hazards by reporting hazards and sealing off the area as appropriate.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hold a Full UK Driving License
