Are you passionate about sports and love working with children? Rugbytots, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic lead coach to deliver our fun, structured play sessions in Pitlochry and/or Aberfeldy on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Rugbytots is the world’s favorite rugby play program for young children. Our fun, structured play sessions take children on an exciting journey of sporting imagination, where they learn to catch, pass, kick, run with the ball, and play as part of a team. Our coaches are key to making these sessions enjoyable and engaging, ensuring every child leaves with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver high-energy Rugbytots classes in line with our weekly program structure.
Engage with children and parents in a friendly, enthusiastic, and supportive manner.
Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters learning and fun.
Requirements:

A fun, confident personality with dynamic energy and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in coaching or teaching is helpful but not essential.
A passion for sports, whether you’re a student, teacher, parent, or athlete.
A full driver’s license and car is preferable, though not essential if local.

Job Type: Part-time (weekends)
Hours: 3-6 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday mornings)
