Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? Do you want to make a real impact in the education sector? Shrewsbury Colleges Group is seeking a talented In-House Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Team!

About Us:

As our In-House Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating eye-catching and effective designs that resonate with our audience. This role is a pivotal part of the marketing team, and you’ll help spread the word about the great courses and educational provision that the college can offer the people of Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and beyond.

You’ll work on a variety of projects, from digital and print campaigns to social media graphics, promotional materials, and event branding. You will work on creative requirements alongside the other marketing team members responsible for website management, customer relationship management (CRM), events, campaign management, and content development. There is a considerable variety in the role, and two days rarely are the same as working at the college is very varied. The marketing team is a key part of the Communications, Admissions and Marketing (CAMs) team for the college, so you’ll have the benefit of working for an organisation that has a positive and enriching impact on people’s lives.

The college will also be rebranding in 2025, and this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in this exciting project alongside a third-party agency.

Whether you're just starting your career or have a few years of experience under your belt, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment.
