Apply today to work as a Kitchen Assistant/Canteen Support Worker for our client's logistics site, a large picking site for the distribution of a variety of products in an ambient warehouse.
Staffline is recruiting Kitchen Assistant/Canteen Support Workers in Swan Valley, Cob Drive, Northampton.
The rate of pay is:
- Days £11.44 per hour
- Lates £11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks, after 12 weeks £12.58 per hour
- Nights £11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks, after 12 weeks £13.73 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days £11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks, after 12 weeks £17.16 per hour
- Lates £11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks, after 12 weeks £18.87 per hour
- Nights £11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks, after 12 weeks £20.60 per hour
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 5 out of 7. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a kitchen assistant/canteen support worker, you will perform general kitchen duties. Other duties may include but are not restricted to:
- Pot washing
- Cleaning
- Serving food
- Operating the till
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be able to follow verbal and written instructions and show a good level of English.
Workers must be able to stand for the duration of their shift and be able to work independently (after training).
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
