The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Working across multiple MOD sites, you will be responsible for the project management of valuable infrastructure projects.

Day-to-day, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Facilities Management, this post will provide the necessary project management leadership, support, and delivery skills to both directly manage and facilitate infrastructure projects within Babcock.

* Work with FM staff and stakeholders to ensure FM Projects and associated services support the delivery of the core output of sites.
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers, site occupants, stakeholders, and other members of the FM team.
* The development and management of FM projects including improvements, maintenance and capital renewal projects.
* Ensuring safe systems of work and risk assessments are completed, reviewed and agreed.
* Initiate and undertake an audit plan for all FM projects risk assessments and method statements.

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is remote based covering Bovington, Donnington and Andover sites.

Experience required of the Project Manager:
* Good level of project management experience
* Background in Facilities Management or Construction preferred.
* Experience in management of service providers and/or sub-contractors
* Excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills
* Competent with project management software

Qualifications for the Project Manager
* AMP qualification is desirable
