Assist design and layout of communication materials such as publications, leaflets, posters, social media, intranet and website banners and digital content including videography Apply the Groups visual identity and brand across all communications work Deliver digital communications efficiently and effectively, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations to ensure targets are met to a high standard, and on time Help produce clear, accessible, understandable patient information, working with relevant services Support on integrated communications campaigns, working closely with team colleagues and other services Administer the process for approving and reviewing patient information to ensure it is up to date and meets patient needs and legal requirements Deliver and coordinate the production of audio/visual content, ensuring a high standard of work at all times. This includes, patient information, promotional content for services, developments and events. Using communications equipment, such as recording equipment (camera and video). Prioritising and managing own workload in liaison with design and communication teams to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided. Support emergency planning communication arrangements, taking an active role in supporting the team during any major incident.
