We are recruiting for CONCIERGE RECEPTIONIST to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidates this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion.
• Greeting guests/residents/contractors
• Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties
• Arranging and providing contractor visits/job details
• Providing or arranging for general business services
• Managing customer/residents’ requests for general information or maintenance
• Answering calls/ Taking messages
• Manage complaints
• Managing post and deliveries
You will be:
• Confident and happy to work alone
• Reliable and hard-working
• Go the extra mile to ensure visitors have the best experience
What we need from you:
• CV showing previous reception / customer experience
• Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
