What you'll do

As a Digital Content and Channels Lead, you’ll be overseeing the development, delivery and maintenance for all of our digital communication channels. You’ll also agree a schedule of core content across the business and decide how it’s produced, making sure it delivers the outcomes we need.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Creating strategic narratives and plans which support the overall strategy of the bank
  • Delivering the creation, design and implementation of the 2024 Annual Report landing page, creative assets and campaign
  • Delivering function campaigns across the bank

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need to have previous experience of managing a digital team, with excellent influencing and consultancy skills. Along with a background in digital communications, you’ll also have knowledge of communication planning, delivery and channel management.

Additionally, you’ll demonstrate:

  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with using Sprinklr social media management systems
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva and accessibility principles, including WCAG 2.2 standards
  • Video content creation, editing and scripting experience
  • Sound, current working knowledge of SEO principles
  • Knowledge of UX design and user experience principles
